We sought the legal advice and counsel of Brian Cummings for a medical situation involving failure to provide appropriate care. Not only is Brian an excellent listener, he also gives sound professional advice. His support, follow through, and knowledge of law are are greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any legal matter!

Brian is an outstanding attorney, and I would highly recommend him. He has worked tirelessly to help me get a favorable outcome in a highly contested case. He has fought for me and my family, and has given us a voice. He is not afraid of a challenge, and does not back down when the going gets tough. He is extremely articulate, and able to seek out the truth through asking tough questions. I can’t thank him enough for the hard work and effort he has put towards my case, and for having the will and determination to see it through to the end.

I was in a bad situation as a client owed me money for work I had performed. They claimed they did not have the money to pay me. I met with Brian and he assured me he would get the money. I was skeptical but he assured me he would get it. Well, he most certainly did. He put so much pressure on them that they had the money in just a little over two weeks and it gets better. He went to their attorney's office to get the money. They shorted the payment by 35 cents. He told the attorney he could not leave without the full amount. He made their attorney hand him a dime and a quarter. Brian brought the money to my home. He told me the story about the 35 cents and then handed me the dime and the quarter. I told him I would never spend that money as a reminder and trophy. I still have them in my desk drawer. I know my case (debt collection) is not the typical type of work for Brian. I needed help and he was there for me. He proved his ability to back up his word. I am sure he will do the same for his other clients.
