Morgan & Morgan

Let me start with the pro. Very nice to talk to and work with, but that's about it. When I would call, I went to voicemail 4 out of 5 times. They don't have anyone that I know of that does courtesy calls, so you're left in the dark most of the time. I'm still trying to get them to send a check to the hospital I was at, for over 2 months now. It's a nightmare that just won't end. I have finally gotten so tired of dealing with them over this matter that the Better Business Bureau will handle it next. Not because I'm trying to be ugly, I'm literally tired of dealing with this. They agree it's owed and the check still hasn't reached it's destination. The accident I had was a nightmare, and I'm still dealing with it because of a check that for some reason will not go out.

I have heard hundreds of ads from Morgan & Morgan. Most recently one specific ad which tells the potential client that it dosen't matter where you live or what experience you've had. Morgan & Morgan will be there to assist in your case. So I tried to call and get a fair evaluation of my case. I was passed to four areas of suposed expertise only to be told after a 28 hour waiting and pre-qualifying that Morgan & Morgan did NOT have the xpertise my case would need. I was treated rudly by a customer service representative who had constant crackling from her headset. But was turned away as quick as night and day. HEY THANKS JOHN MORGAN & MORGAN. So much for what I needed from you! Oh and that goes for Grandmaw too!!!

The worst firm ever. Communication is the biggest key,that’s something they don’t do well. This whole time they led me on thinking I had a case. Not even letting me know that I was denied. Don’t waste your time . They don’t even get 1 star.and the paralegal wasn’t no help she got on the phone very frustrated off a mistake they made. Basically the repesentives could see I was denied and everytime I called to get information they NEVER told me not once that I was denied and continued to talk to talk to me bout my lawyer and case . But they knew I didn’t have one. So what I got out of this situation that wanted to make it like my case was being worked on , so I won’t go to another firm and my time could run out to find another lawyer. They all work together they don’t care about no black man.

Our lawyers here are the best in Nashville,Katherine Barnett the manager,and our personal lawyer is truely,remarkable and a great trial lawyer and a fighter in spirit,will stand up for the wrongfully done

So far I know that Morgan and Morgan has done so much for me in such little time. My lawyer is Professional, Very Respectful And knowledgeable. Very detailed oriented If there was a 10+ star I would rate it.
