Fresh Roll was born out of the love for simple and delicious food. Our chefs, Andy Nguyen and Andy Mai, have traveled the streets of Vietnam, devoting countless hours to enhancing Vietnamese recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Their goal is to bring authentic Vietnamese street food to a fine dining setting. By combining vibrant colors, fresh flavors, and locally grown ingredients, they hope to share the heart of Vietnamese cuisine in a modern way of eating. Our menu includes some of Vietnam’s most popular dishes - a balance of delightful simplicity and healthy eating.
