On the corner of College St and 6th Ave behind Cheerful Tortoise. The server was attentive, friendly, and quick with service. The food is delicious. A definite return visit.

If you feel like you need a soul recharge, get this pho. It has healing abilities, no joke. Best pho in town, and right next to campus. Win win win.

Best broth in town... rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous and the service is on point. It's my go-to for pho in Portland.

This place is great! I’ve tried the pho, bbq pork vermicelli, lemongrass chicken vermicelli and bun bo hue. They’ve all been really good. I’m a big fan of hot, delicious comforting soup and the ones here really hit the spot! The Bun Bo Hue can be really spicy though so make sure to ask for medium heat if you’re weak like me

Had the house special pho & crispy egg rolls today-DELICIOUS! Without students on campus & local office workers telecommuting the traffic has been slow for this small business. If you like pho and who doesn't! especially in this cold weather, I highly recommend Pho 503! SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!

I got the all meat pho and and my girlfriend got the chicken pho. Both were super delicious, and came with large portion for leftovers! We also got the egg rolls and they were outstanding! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Probably the best pho on the west side of the river. I've tried the vermicelli and chicken pho as well, both delicious. Bun bo hue was just ok. Definitely go here for pho if you can't make it out to SE 82nd.
