Today, I visited the 180th & Pacific store to look for some repair parts for my Hunter Douglas blinds.  After talking with a Ms. Sally Dion, I was told that they could not help me.  There were two other customers in the store that were obviously buying blinds for a new house.  Obviously, I wasn't worth their time.  
People,  Beware.  If you are not buying for a new house, they don't care.
