Designer Blinds & Shutters

I will not be recommending this company to anyone. We had John come out last fall to measure. We were ordering inside and outside blinds. The inside blinds came in and they installed them. The outdoor was suppose to come in about 2 weeks later and they would call to install. We never heard from them. I called them in March to find out about our order. The lady who answered was rude. Told me to text order paper work to John. I did as she said. John replied 2 days later with “I’ll text you tomorrow.” Never heard from him. Called the store back, got the same lady. She told me John would call me in 2 hours. Never called!! I called a couple days later and got the voicemail. I left a message I was disappointed in their service. They haven’t even bothered to return that call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

I had someone come out because India were malfunctioning. They took my blind to fix it and I had to hound for a couple months to get it back. When I finally did, I ordered a blind that was supposed to be in within a couple weeks. It’s been 2 months. I have heard nothing and have left messages. Very frustrating.

We ordered blinds and shutters around Christmas time. We've made numerous calls that go unanswered. I reached out about 3 weeks ago and, by the grace of God, connected with John. John was the person that came out, measured, and helped us select the blinds. He indicated he had the blinds in but needed to check on the shutters. He said he would call back the next day. Nothing. I've left 3 messages since then and have not received a call back. I have no idea what is going on or what to expect. In order to save others the frustration of dealing with a company that is inept, skip over this flailing business. I'm not sure if they've lost their passion to serve, are overloaded with orders, dealing with poor management, poor vendors or what the issue is. I'm very reasonable and some level of communication could have prevented this poor review. I hope they can figure things out and rebuild their reputation. Our pursuit of blinds and shutters continues...

Ordered blinds in October. Was told blinds would be installed in 10-12 weeks. We've been calling vendor for past 3 weeks attempting to get status on blinds but he doesn't return phone calls. We've visited store 3 times and nobody can give us status of order and vendor is never available. Vendor finally returned our deposit, but wasted 12 weeks of our time. Communication was a continual problem.

I would rate this business a zero. I ordered Shutters and Blinds inMarch 2017. Received 1/3 of my order after 5 mos.. The remaining 3/4 of my order is still missing as of today( 1-15-18).At least I managed to get John to refund the remaining down payment today. I was promised 6-8 weeks and it has been over 10 mos. Communication was horrible!!!!!
