Andre at the store was super and very timely responsive to what I think was an unusual request. I described what I had in mind. He had an inventive idea for the design and turned it around overnight I had called the office 10 minutes before closing time. The design appeared in my in-box the next morning and we are refining details. Very happy with the process.
Supreme customer service!! Working with André and his team was really helpful for quick rush orders and large quantities of merch for the Wammie Music Awards. Also, our logo can be tricky to work with but with their in-house designers, they slightly modified it to work best with certain textiles. Overall, very satisfied to work with D.C.'s CustomInk.
Custom Ink in NW DC is a great shop!! The sales associate Bryce is great! He is very helpful and really knowledgeable about all the products. I only go back to this shop to work with him. All the products from custom ink are no different than their competitors. What’s different is the customer service support I get from Bryce and his shop! Will return again!
Went in 2 check on the actual size of my #WeWereJustJoaning sweatshirt order I had cancelled way back when 2see just how $well a 3xl Hanes would fit me. None were in the satellite site unfortunately... I'll try again on my order cuz I did just see a fella in a #HustleKing sweatshirt that I've never seen before, although I have yet 2 order up any of my #FederalCityHustlerz merch

We worked with Custom Ink to order branded shirts for a company outing. We worked with Andre, who was incredibly helpful both in the store and over email and made sure that we got the quality we wanted at the price we needed. I would definitely suggest going into the store as they were able to provide a lot of useful suggestions and show you the different merch options. Great custom service and a good experience all around.
