Great styles and frames. I came here after being a devoted WP wearer for many years. I found that WP product and service went downhill after they went public - very sad, I loved that brand. Anyway - I found Cutler and Gross and the staff in soho… especially Imran. I love my new glasses! I had to adjust my prescription slightly after purchasing and they were able to help me like it it was no big deal.

I came in to see if I could get my sunglasses adjusted due to them fitting too tight behind my ears. Delphine was super helpful and got my pair of sunglasses adjusted and cleaned in 10 mins. The reviews don’t lie, I will def come back to get a pair of computer glasses in the near future.

Friendly staff, great range of cutler & Gross & Paul Smith frames. They even have opticians on site. Only downside is they don't accept insurance.

My friend and I stopped by here to casually look for new eye wear. We both ended up purchasing glasses. First, the selection is great. All the glasses are sturdy and well made. I've worn my pair daily for 4 years and the shape has held up. There's also great selection for sunglasses. Second, customer service was great. The sales person was highly knowledgeable and helped me to find good options. They also recommended the right style. They made slight adjustments and shipped out my eyewear to Boston within a few days. And followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I'm actually planning to stop by to purchase a second pair next time I'm in NYC. I highly recommend this store. It's high quality frames made in Europe and the right balance of style and functionality.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Cutler & Gross for many years. We will be their customers forever and I'd like to tell you why. Their glasses are stylish, unique and are very strong and will stand up to the occasional rough treatment that I subject them to. During the early panic stricken days of the pandemic, I was very worried that my only pair of glasses might become damaged and wanted a back-up pair. Retail stores were not even open at that time. When I expressed my concern to Arturo at Cutler & Gross, what did he do? He had the glasses made for me and personally delivered them to my home in Brooklyn! Talk about service. Arturo is a gent and I will never forget his compassion and kindness. My friend Imran at Cutler & Gross is always extremely helpful during my selection process for new glasses. He always suggests new styles and new colors and is honest in how they fit and how they look on me. I value and respect his opinion. He will never mislead me just to make a sale. I was originally put off by the seemingly high prices at Cutler & Gross, but my perception was wrong. They back their products. They will not be satisfied until everything fits perfectly and everything is in focus. Cutler & Gross's after sales support is exemplary. They want their customers to be happy with their purchases. I've tried other, cheaper brands before Cutler & Gross and I will never go back to them. I highly recommend Cutler & Gross and the wonderful people that work at the Soho Store. I don't write many reviews, but I am a very satisfied customer and I felt compelled tell you why.

Simply the BEST in luxury eye wear! The Cutler and Gross team in New York City is amazing in every way - customer service, knowledge, and efficiency. I have purchased glasses from other high-end stores in Manhattan and all of them fail in comparison. Arturo Vale and the rest of the staff are incredible; they always go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

I have bought several pairs of glasses and sunglasses from Cutler and Gross for both myself and my family. The staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. They are always happy to make adjustments due to wear and tear. Their selection is by far the most stylish and I have received numerous compliments on my glasses! I recommend them highly!!

Arturo and staff provide amazing professional service. They are talented design professionals, I have been so pleased with all of my glasses from C & G. Arturo worked with me on some Bespoke glasses as well. All has been accomplished easily despite living on the west coast. I could work with California shop but prefer to work with Arturo. I heartily recommend C & G without reservation. You will not be disappointed!

Terrific selection of distinctively designed, well made frames and exemplary service from Arturo and staff. I now own five pairs of Cutler and Gross frames and have never been disappointed. I've even had them restore an older pair of mine to as good as new. The staff take their time to ensure a proper fit and follow a quality check procedure to ensure accuracy. I've never had a problem but trust that they would fix it quickly if one were encountered. I'd also recommend their in house optometrist, Dr. Willingham. Very thorough examination and good guy as well.
