Hugo is OZUM awesome. I flew into DC from Texas for a gig and I called Hugo to get a haircut and he was able to squeeze me in. I told Hugo what I wanted and he delivered. It was nice meeting Hugo and I will be booking him again on my next gig in DC.Services: Haircut

Carlos at Cuts by Hugo is a true pro barber. He was attentive to detail and efficient. I would give him more stars if possible. I’ll be coming back any time I’m in DC. Worth pointing out, I do reviews decently often. I’ve never been happy enough with my barber to write a 5* review before this one.

Received a great hair cut and "whisker removal" for my husband. There was only one gentlemen working while I was there, but we called before going and was into a chair as soon a we arrived. Cut and trim was fantastic and the barber was friendly and detail oriented. Glad we found him during our vacation.

Definitely the best high class barber shop in the city! Though certainly more pricey than your average haircut, Cuts by Hugo is certainly worth the cost not only for the haircut itself, but the friendly staff and atmosphere. Their services are phenomenal and I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a quality haircut to come on through!

They did a great job with my hair. It's 4 stars instead of 5 simply because when I left I had a lot of cut hair on my forehead and I didn't notice it until later. I wish they had done a better job at cleaning up or warned me... But the haircut itself was really good, especially considering that's it's cheap considering the average prices in DC and the location

There was only one barber working on a Saturday, so the wait was quite long, and the barber wasn't sociable. Even after specifically requesting no hard lines, the barber gave me a misshapen line-up far into my hairline. However, he did do an excellent job at tapering. If not for the horrendous line-up, I would have been pleased with the haircut. But alas, I had a very disappointing experience.
