The pharmacy has a big rain cloud over it - they seem really miserable to be there. It's always astounding to me when people lack basic customer service skills. It's literally just being a nice human. I'll be switching pharmacies and I won't be missing Lisa

If the stars went lower than one so would my review!
As a question of just how little these people care about their customers I decided to see how long I would have to wait for someone in the pharmacy to answer my call after putting me on hold. Currently it is 48:36, that is 48 minutes 36 seconds and counting. This is Bozeman Montana and the call started at a couple minutes after 8:00 PM for Criminy-sakes, they can not possibly be that busy!
I just had a moment of brilliance and called them again on my cell phone as I listened to the "We'll be with you in just a second" message on the original call. Told the young lady in the front of the store who answered right away about my issue and she puts me on hold too, "but" what do ya know the pharmacy finally answered the original call in about 45 seconds. Not only that but the canned machine told me my prescription was not ready almost an hour ago which is a big part of why I held so long but the pharmacist says she has it in her hand and it is indeed ready and has been since this afternoon. So much for the "We'll notify you when it's ready" message.
These people are screwed up from top to bottom and left to right, beyond pathetic!!! And that oh well, "no worries" attitude tell ya it's never gonna change!
If you're thinking of using them I can only say "GO BACK..IT'S A TRAP!!!"
If I weren't disabled or they didn't have a drive up window CVS would just be a HORRIBLE memory!!!

The staff in the front is great. The guy who took our passport photos was extremely helpful.
The pharmacy is a different story...
There is a guy there named Jack, he is the worst customer service employee I have ever encountered. He has a box of dog treats by the window for everyone who drives by with pets. He has a big smile on his face and pathetically attempts to project a happy demeanor. But if his job becomes slightly more difficult...Jack becomes very moody quick!
My wife usually picks up her birth control from this place. Everything had gone smoothly for a year and there had been no changes in her insurance. All of a sudden Jack can't fill the script. We ask Jack why and he gives no explanation. Jack does not attempt to contact the insurance either. My wife leaves the counter frustrated and I bring her back because we needed some sort of attempt to remedy the situation.
On the return trip Jack starts rolling his eyes. You can tell Jack had vented about the situation once we left because his co workers looked at us like we had the plague. All 3 of the pharmacy workers ignored us for about 12 minutes. We just awkwardly stared at them until Jack's female co worker finally bit the bullet and approached us. This employee at least made attempts to contact the insurance company. We thanked her for making an effort.
The reason Jack is the worst customer service employee I have ever encountered is because he gets dismissive if he has to do anything outside the box. Jack made it obvious that he is only good at repetitive monotonous customer service. If you give him a small challenge he will get defensive and treat you unfavorably.
Don't be a sucker for Jack's dog treats, fake smile, and lame jokes. As soon as the small talk is over, and he has to do his job, Jack shows his true colors. This employee makes it obvious that he hates the customers he deals with on a daily basis.
Only 24 hour pharmacy in Bozeman but not worth it!

Not the best prices but the only 24 hour pharmacy in Bozeman. They don't accept many insurance plans either. Very good product selection.
