Thoroughly Displeased!

The products are good, which is why I continue to shop there, but the staff were absolutely horrible. Not ONE consultant asked me of I needed help, which I did. And the whole time I was there,The ladies were zoning off. One girl was even off painting her nails. As I checked out, the gal asked my rewards info and as I was spelling my last name, she completely cut me off to ask another question then ROLLS HER EYES AT ME.  Completely dissapointed.

Really impressed with the customer service I received, especially on Black Friday! There was at least two Ulta employees who helped me find my color, inform me of Black Friday deals on the items I was looking for, and simply kind to me on such a busy day. Thank you Bozeman Ulta!

A great beauty and cosmetic store with a very helpful staff. I was very pleased with my hair appointment at their salon. I enjoy coming here.
