I don't think the pharmacy picks up calls anymore. I've tried to reach the pharmacy 3 times today, waited over 30 minutes on hold each time and still no one. I don't know why I even try.
The worst CVS I have ever been to.. So annoying that that it’s my local one. Get a grip...
Terrible. I'm forced to use cvs due to coverage and I've never been more stressed. Maybe if they answer phone calls it would be easier but they hardly ever do. Terrible.
While waiting for a prescription, I watched a pharmacist was on the phone with an elder whose caregiver didn't know which vitamins to get- she asked a series of questions to figure out the right ones and got them off the shelf. It's nice to see that the employees are willing to take their time to help, a checkout machine can't do that!
