The WORST Customer Service. Had to ask for a manager. The manager, Sheniqua, handled the situation professionally. That is the only good that came out of this.
Lots of upgrades recently. Pretty convenient for shopping. And a woman at the check out is very nice and helpful. There used to be a guy there who was a complete jerk but I don't think he works there anymore. Sometimes they only have tiny paperbacks though
Cvs pharmacy is always pending the medication and giving a hard time to pick in one term,and making you come back and forth, also not giving the right number of prescriptions as doctor fax them and also they don't care if there is more they holding up even the patient is in serious condition.so sad not along with them any more.
I had the most horrible experience in this store with a store so called manager Jessica Mitchell. When I asked her for assistance, she was very rude and dismissive. Horrible work ethic. I will never go bac to that stor and will advise all of my friends not to go there ever again.
No one in that fn pharmacy ever pick up the phone. I’ve literally. Been waiting for 20 min are you fn kidding?? It’s the same every fn time I call and then end up having to make a fn trip to the store to speak to someone.
I called the pharmacy and mariam answered the phone barely assisted me and just hung up after I was still respectful and still said thank you smh cvs needs to give a class in etiquette.
Always have what I need in stock and they never seem to have anything out of stock. They are always topped up.
this store always seems to have everything except what i need or want, the wait times for the pharmacy can be insane, the layout of the store near the front is weird with this column in the middle of everything, and the self checkouts rarely take cash and always break and require staff to fix them.
