I’m feeling very ill. The pharmacist would not allow me to pay for my OTC medication at the counter. Instead, I’m forced to stand in a line that is most likely 20 minutes long. Poor customer service. I will head to another pharmacy next time.
Seems well maintained and generally helpful.
There are some pretty terrible people that work there. ill-tempered, rude and thoroughly uninterested in their jobs. It takes a lot of inner strength to not snap back at them, even though you know they deserve it, you don't want to stoop to their miserable level.
Every time I go there I feel like they hate me and I don’t know why... Is it normal to be polite with ppl and in response to get not only poor customer service but negative attitude?! I know you’re busy but “customer service” is a part of the job...
Healthcare providers, and even other CVS pharmacies have had issues communicating with them. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.
Slackers or what? Called 3 times to check on prescription and moreover ring in to confirm closing hours and noted time I’ll be coming to collect prescription but closed prior closing time.
This place is horrendous. Avoid at all costs. People we rude, inconsiderate and always has a huge line. Literally go anywhere else.
