CVS Pharmacy

Most poorly managed CVS location around. They lost my disposable camera that they were supposed to process. No one answers the phone and the management is terrible.

The pharmacist is exceptional. Brought in a special needs patient who had a major tantrum after clerk made several mistakes on paperwork. She was so.patient and kind. Tried .multiple ways to defuse and engage. Reassured me as well. Don't recall her name, but will post once I find it.

The signs say 24 hours but that is a dirty lie. Closed at 3:30 am Saturday morning.

Recently visited and had an issue on my end with pickup. Jazzy and Harrison helped me out and were overall wonderful! While I was trying to figure out my prescription details, I watched multiple people compliment the service from the pharmacy team as well. They got me in and out quick :

Had to transfer a prescription here as my CVS was out of stock. They were busy but filled my transfer quickly. Glad to know that this location is close enough and is open an hour later than my usual CVS.

Something is wrong, the customer service has been going down. Sometimes they don’t have the prescription on time, out of supplies, longer to refill. It used to be so good.

Time to switch drugstore. When medications are called in and 8 hours later they are still not ready, is ridiculous. Completely inefficient, have been coming for years but will now try Walgreens. Makes me sad.

I do not recommend this CVS. They make it impossible for people to get their medication. Their system to get medication is terrible. However i have had good experiences with other cvs pharmacies.
