The service in this store whenever I have been in is great! The store manager is very helpful. A lot of items are locked up but the sales associates will get for you without complaining.
I see a lot of negative post in this comment chain but I beg to differ; I mean I literally had the exact opposite experience and got help upon request I’m just talking in store for I’ve had no experience with CVS’s pharmacy!
My problem with this cvs is that they never have what you want!! They run out of products and it takes a month or two for them to restock!!! Already have thought they were going out of business because so many items are missing off the shelves!
CVS has always been good to me. From refilling prescriptions, to wait time. The fastest pharmacy I've seen.
I switched to CVS because they delivered medication in during the pandemic. Even though they still have delivery options I could pay for, they no longer allow my prescriptions delivery. Additionally, my doctor prescribed medication which was unfilled even days later. Only to have them complete after I called looking for it. I have no idea why they wait on filling a prescription, it is very aggravating. it's something that can be resolved within the app.
The worst experience I have ever had at any pharmacy. Show up for an 11:20 covid test. Wait in line until maybe 12:15. Pull up for my turn and they say there system is down and go to lane 2 while we wait. I understand errors happen but now I’m in lane 2 waiting in line behind people who arrived after me, meanwhile the person behind me got his test done just fine. I wait my turn in lane 2 and they then tell me I have to go back in line and wait in lane one again behind people who had just arrived. Very snippy attitudes from the white girl with the shaved/short hair and the black girl with braids. Was I upset? Yes but very very unprofessional. Ended up taking until 1pm to get my test done. Would highly recommend going anywhere but here.
I called for my medication, I was told the medication had to be ordered, but I had received a text that the medication was being REFILLED EARLY and I didn't have to do anything unless I did want the medication, so I DIDN'T CALL THE STORE. She says it would take 3 days, I asked why and the text says its READY? she then states unfortunately they have been BUSY and the information was wrong, I said can you check, I can't wait 3 day's this is my crones meds, she says ma'am the system sometimes sends out messages in error, I hung up, called another stotr to find out that my meds were completed on the 21st , I called back to the store she kept hanging up on me 3 time's in a row., I drove to the store and yelled ARE YOU THE ONE THAT KEPT HANGING UP ON ME now its only her and the pharmacist in the back she lied and said she THOUGHT I KEPT DISCONNECTING THE CALLS, I told her NO I WASN'T AND TO GET MY MEDS SO I CAN GET out this store, then she says ma'am I just finished YOUR PRESCRIPTION.........WHAT?? the meds that you had to order? The one you said wasn't HERE? THAT MEDICATION? I said the medication was already DONE PER ANOTHER STORE! WHY KEEP LYING AND PLAYING WITH ME? she looked at me with a smerk on her face and took the next customer, when I tell you this will be the LAST TIME I GO BACK TO THIS STORE! I'LL DRIVE ACROSS TOWN FIRST! THIS WAS RIDICULOUS. Smh no apology or nothing just SAD
Check your medication before leaving the counter. My mom was given the wrong medication and they swore up and down that they gave her the right medication. Well the pills and the bottle represent 2 different images. They will NEVER get our business again. They are going to kill someone. The staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. They treat people as if they are “drug seeking” I work in the medical field. Taking care of others is a pride of mine.
They have a sign posted: "As a courtesy to other customers, we will not fill prescriptions at the drive-through window." Then they proceed to do just that. I waited for 15 minutes behind another customer and honked my horn at 5-minute intervals. The pharmacist a white female then told me I was rude for honking. I reminded her of the aforementioned policy. "I was not filling prescriptions," she lied. I only patronize this location because of its proximity to my house; it has nothing else to offer. I am sorry if the staff is underpaid and/or overworked, but that should not be taken out on the customers.
Today's CVS experience was interesting. I walk in there's two cashier's at the counter. However, when I'm ready to check out the store was a ghost town. I stood there for a while, then walked to the pharmacy to ask for assistance. The pharmacist called for assistance at the front counter. As I stood there another 6mins still no one showed up. I walk back to the pharmacist and ask if I should just bring my stuff back to him, he said no and walked to the front with me. He rang my items out, then low and behold here comes one of the cashier's from the back. That was a good 20mins of my life taken. I should've just went to Walgreens across the street, at least there I know the service is fast. SN:The pharmacist did give me a $5 rewards coupon for the inconveniences.
