First time here. Located in Buckhead. This place is HUGE!!! They have sections of items and clear signage, not just barely stocked aisles like in Decatur. The staff was friendly, helpful and it was very bright and clean. They do have a self checkout for faster service. Check out my pics and video for more info.
The worst experience I’ve had at CVS or any pharmacy. Came to get my booster shot. The pharmacist Allana told me she was too busy so I was going to have to wait one hour past my appointment to get my shot !. Phone kept ringing and nobody answered, lots of people waiting that had called their prescriptions 5 hours earlier and still had to put up with her attitude. @CVS this lady mistreated and disrespected virtually every customer she came in contact with. She shouldn’t allowed be anywhere near your customers. I won’t come back to this store CVS #05731. Ever.
This particular CVS has one gentleman who is great and always helpful, however, the lady that assists is perhaps the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. She refused to fill medication my doctor sent in not once but on TWO occasions. Prompting me to pick up the prescription at a different location with no issue both times. Not only this but yesterday she HUNG UP on my call trying to figure what was going on, needing my prescription. Absolutely disgusting from CVS and I will be using Walgreens going forward.
Almost always out of stock of everything all the time. I went in today to buy a toothbrush and tooth paste. The toothbrush rang up a price more expensive than what was on the shelf. I notified the cashier at the register, without even checking for the price she changed it to what I told her it was. I had a 40% coupon I wanted to use, which was the only reason I came to CVS in the first place. I was told I couldn’t use my coupon because, since she changed the price they are now considered “on sale”. But it was not on sale, it was incorrectly priced. Was advised there was nothing she could do, either I use the coupon on the incorrect price, or pay full price on a “sale” item. Additionally everyone in there looked like they just rolled out of bed with head scarfs on. No greetings or acknowledgments to customers. Unprofessional, however, sadly that is Atlanta.
Terrible service at the Pharmacy. Got notification that prescriptions were ready. At the counter I was told one was not. Happened multiple times. These people tell you how busy they are and to come back later so easily. Like they are the only one who are busy. They have no remorse whasoever for the pathetic customer experience .........
I came on time to my appointment to take a COVID test and sat in the drive for the pharmacy for 10 mins. There was a sign in the window saying the drive thru is closed and go to the lobby. I did that and told the pharmacist how I’d been waiting. It was a older Caucasian man with a attitude yelling “it’s only two us if you can’t wait then I don’t know”. Do not have a attitude with people because you are understaff.
This pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacist, Sheena, was extremely rude, which is pretty normal for all pharmacy employees at this location. I received a text that my prescription was ready at this location, but when I showed up to pick it up, they did not have it or a record of it and told me there was nothing they could do for 4 days.
The rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered. Refused to give me my booster shot because I was upset. She created the situation. After scheduling an appointment in advance, arriving 5 minutes in early, checking in with phone as instructed, I waited 20 minutes past appointment time being ignored by staff. I then waited in the pick-up line to inform them I had an appointment. The immediate response was to blame me for the wait. She claimed to have called out to anyone waiting, but I never heard her. If she did call out it was from the back of the pharmacy not near the counter. I was watching counter expecting someone to call me for shot. When I questioned when she called out because I had been sitting in plain view for over 25 minutes. She said I was too upset and would have to come back another day.
I came in at 10 and the gentleman told me to come back at 2 because my prescriptions were not ready even tho they were sent in 2 days ago. I arrived at 2:50 and my prescriptions still weren’t ready. Allana quickly said they aren’t ready under her breath then just moved on to the next customer I had to ask her what she said just to make sure she was even talking to me. The attitude throughout the whole transaction was just rude and dismissive and I honestly wouldn’t want the people at this location handling medications. This is the closest cvs to my house but I’ll have to just drive farther out for better service.
The pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed. There is 2-3 people working trying to answer phones, admister shots, check people out, answer questions and fill prescriptions. Whoever manages this place should be embarrassed. They should be here helping their staff or hire enough people so they can do their job efficiently. Instead you put 2-3 employees in a situation to be overwhelmed, talked down to by impatient customers that have legit reasons to be frustrated. Your basically putting them in an in abusive work environment because you can’t put together a schedule or help your employees. I’m watching them work as fast as they can with 10 customers standing around complaining wondering what the problem is complaining why they can’t get their prescriptions. It’s really sad to watch because most people put all the blame on the employees in front of them when they are actually doing a great job given the situation. People are raising there voice being extremely agressive and impatient while these employees are moving as fast as they can. If you are short staffed maybe step up, show up , stay late and help your employees instead of letting them get mentally/verbally abused I understand if this happens occasionally but I come here 1-2 times a month and it’s the same thing..I’m not exactly sure why I keep coming back besides I’ve been using them for 10 years and it’s never been this bad.
