I’m leaving a 5 star review for the black male manager with the glasses & bald head, I apologize for not getting his name. I had a horrible experience with the cashier, Nellie & I had to go back inside to speak with a manager about it. I wanted to call corporate as well but he handled the situation. Nellie & I got into a heated conversation in his presence and he allowed me to speak my peace and he validated everything I said. She ultimately took accountability and apologized to me and I do receive it and I know she’ll do better. I appreciate his assistance in this matter & I appreciate her maturity to listen and learn.
This store is completely fine but one individual at the print station had a horrible attitude with me. I am a women of color and he decided I was not worth speaking too. I felt that was extremely inconsiderate. If you do not prefer to serve ALL people please do not work at a Walgreens.
You know! Everytime the Black Male manager is there, everything runs smoothly. However- the Black lady with the blonde wig in which I believe her name is Veronica - never wants to do her job! I go in today and ask for cash back in which I needed a ten dollar roll of quarters she goes we have no quarters- anytime it’s anyone else - they go up stairs and get the quarters! Please fire her! She’s not there to work! When I walked in- she was at th cash register with the other two cashiers just talking ! It’s always terrible service when she’s there!
It was missing some items, some empty spaces but overall it was good
They have a very nice Black lady at the front register. She is always pleasant, friendly and the store runs so smoothly. I remember her because she reminds me of my daughter-in-law. She is a go getter and keeps things running
I got my PCR COVID test done 3 days ago. The Pharmacy people are not very helpful. I keep on calling them and they keep on transferring call to other people as they are always in a hurry. The people who are willing to listen tell me to check the portal of the lab. The portal of the lab requires a requisition number. They keep on saying that the number is on the paper that they gave me. I have tried every number from the paper but none of them work. They also informed me that they sent the specimen to the lab one day late. When they don't have an answer to my questions they say that I should call at a particular time to talk to the pharmacist who took the sample. I am very frustrated.
All the pharmacists are so nice honestly! The staff helping him varies, i understand we are all in a rush in our lives and jobs but cutting people off when you just want to relay a message about a medication and not needing it and getting cut off just so they can get you out of the way quickly and just get your last name and hang up is unacceptable. So whoever answered the phone today at 10:10 am 10/26/2022 should really self reflect on how you speak to customers because there are 100s of other pharmacies and i only choose to stay because the pharmacist is such a nice person. Treat people with respect because one day you will want that same respect
Bryan was beyond words! I order 3 posters I needed for my business and he refused to give up even with the machine malfunction until I had my order. Truly blown away that people like this are still around!! BEyond happy!!
Rude staff in pharmacy. Do not use this location-they are awful.
The Pharmacist I think her name is either Jessica or Jennifer is a very wonderful, kind and adorable lady. I got my flu shot and she was so professional and polite in getting it down. Good job to her .
