I called ahead to check if they had a plunger in stock. The woman kept me on hold for 5 minutes and said yea we have plungers, come in to buy it. I get there and there are no plungers. I explain that I was told there was on the phone just minutes ago and the manager goes to check in the back. Not only are there none in the back but the woman I spoke to on the phone was standing watching me wait and not saying a word. She eventually says I didn’t check if there were any on stock, sorry.
Made a quick stop to pick up few stuff. It's a sizeable CVS store.
The employees here are great. Attentive, hard working, courteous. Someone is always blocking the shelves and cleaning up after patrons. Someone is always at the register and the self checkout. I always get greeted hello, offered assistance, and provided a good bye as a I leave. Top Notch. The store is clean inside and well organized.
I bought some groceries the other day at this location and left my debit card at the front register, I am 99% sure the person working the register took it as it was right there in front of her face and 10 minutes after leaving the store I got these charges for $250 even, $50 even, and $25 even on my card. Understandably upset, I call the store to speak with a manager to let them know they may have staff on hand that would do such a thing - the manager seemed totally uninterested and could care less. I could hear him talking to other people and really had nothing to say about it, was just waiting for me to stop talking so he could get off the phone. He offered no apology, no solution, no follow up. Like I said, just waiting for me to stop talking o he could hang up. I wasn't being rude or aggressive in any way. I've been shopping at this CVS for 7 years. Poor experience all around to say the least.
The workers in here are miserable and rude. I’m switching my prescriptions to Walgreens!
Both mid aged there short stature, works during the day are super nice and helpful. Know what they’re doing, I actually subscribed to to the CVS at the counter, something I didn’t come to do. But the lady was super helpful and made me want to. Thanks!
On 10/10/2018 around 6pm, an employee at the register harassed an elderly customer who was slow as soon as the customer turned to walk out the door. I returned to ask the employee if there was a problem. The employee responded by saying, "No, but I get off at midnight if you'd like to discuss it," which I perceived as a threat of physical violence. I then asked to see a manager and was approached by an overly manipulative employee wearing a name tag that said "Jonathan" customer service who identified himself as the manager. Jonathan refused to take a formal complaint, would not or could not tell me what the store number or phone number was, and abusively harassed me to leave the store as employees laughed. All for a $3 box of band-aides, and you work in a pharmacy. The last thing employees should be doing is bantering about how customers don't have "their S*&t together and its a huge pain."
The workers at this particular CVS are very attentive and helpful. I've had a great experience with them every single time I've run in for something quick, which is saying a lot!
They told me that they will call me once the prescription is ready. I waited there until 1 hour, no body called me, when i returned they closed the pharmacy store was open and its so inconvenient for me to go back to this same store just to get even my prescription back. This is irresponsible and annoying!
I accidentally bought wide interdental brushes with a self-checkout, instead of the tight brushes that I meant to buy. I asked the clerk if I could exchange the wide brushes for tight brushes, and she wouldn't let me.
