CVS Pharmacy

Someone in the pharmacy hung up on me on the phone while I was sick trying to have a script filled. While at the store, we determined who that was, and to say I was disappointed with the way it was handled is incredible. If you need anything done in the pharmacy the only two people I would work with are Michael and Moises, they will give you great service, and they have integrity. The other technicians are nice too, but if you need a pharmacist please only work with Michael, if you would like to be treated respectfully

This CVS gets 5 stars alone solely for being open for 24 hours. The people at the pharmacy are also helpful. Lastly, this CVS is in a central location that is close and easy to walk to. It is also near Trader Joe's, often making it convenient to visit both places in one outing.

Made an apt for my & my fiancée's COIVD booster and Flu shot for 11am. Arrived at the store, checked in as the text asked me to, and was told by someone at the pharmacy to "wait near the red chairs". Waited. Proceeded to watch another couple walk in front of us, get their shots now 11:20 and then was told by the pharmacist ? that she had seen us, and we "needed to check in".....again?! I mentioned that I had checked in at 11am when we arrived. She told us we needed to do it again? What had I done when I waited and spoke to the other person? Meanwhile, there were now other people in line and was told we needed to "wait our turn" now 11:35. I had booked these in advance, so that we could do things prior to feeling the effects of both shots. Tell me, what is the point of booking a Booster / Flu shot with confirmed apts - not to mention the emails and texts verifying our time slot - and following the steps to insure we were "checked in" only to be told two different things by two pharmacy employees while summarily being sent to the "end of the line"?

Today I went to the Seaport CVS, located at 91 Seaport Boulevard, to get my Covid booster shot. What a fabulous & pleasant experience. I couldn't have been happier ! When I got to the pharmacy counter, I was greeted with happy faces and diffusing smiles from Jenna the Pharmacist and Kaileen the Pharmacy Technician, who administered my covid booster shot. Prior to my shot, I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was then informed what was being done and what to expect. I was told drinking plenty of water & resting after my shot is good. This is the place to go for pharmaceuticals, especially Covid & Flu shots. Thank you Jenna & Kaileen for making my vist such a relaxing & comfortable experience, and a quick visit. Had to wait 12 minutes at the check out to be served. Only 2 manual billing counters operational in the entire store. None of the self check out worked. What's the point of having so many of they don't work.???

I prefer going to the dentist and getting all of my teeth drilled without novacane than have to go into the CVS Pharmacy. Always an excuse as to why they can’t fill a prescription and never proactive contact to help. No kidding, I hate going to the CVS Pharmacy.

Good selection of products including adult pills and toys but everything is a bit overpriced especially the food. Not a big problem for a pharmacy, though. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired but no glaring problems.

The worst CVS in the country. Incredibly rude staff, especially Kyhma who clearly needs coaching and an attitude adjustment. DO BETTER.
