CVS Pharmacy

I have been a customer in this CVS for 25 years. Romello was my cashier today. He went above and beyond being kind to me today. I think he's a manager in training. They all are very nice at this CVS. They are also right off the red line T Central Square T-stop and the 83 and 91 bus stops. I never have had a bad experience at this CVS.

A lot of good collection

Avoid at all costs.

It's on the smaller side but I like this location and find in one of the better locations,size aside. I find I am always greeted and asked multiple times if I need assistance.

Awful customer service

Went this am to pick up a prescription and they were all very nice, friendly and helpful. I come to this one frequently and have always preferred it over the Walgreens across the street - it tends to be cleaner and staff has always been friendly.

It's nice to have a 24 hour option in neighborhood, but the gleaming new Target down the street makes you realize how badly this store needs to be renovated. Refrigerators often broken, confusing floor plan, and outdated theme.

A generic drug store. Much better than the CVS across the street, partially because you can do self-check out.

pharmacy employees need to be better trained on how to use the system
