Skenderian Apothecary is a real community resource. They're incredibly knowledgeable; I've been coming here for years and consistently get good advice about medications and treatments, sometimes better explained than what I get from doctors. They go the extra mile for a lot of older neighbors, too. There aren't many local businesses like this left; support them!

One of the best businesses in Cambridge, hands-down. I am not exaggerating. They have helped me negotiate many very serious health crises over the years. Super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring, with a fantastic sense humor. Not as good as mine, but close, lol, and that’s really saying something! Robert, Tom and Joseph and their staff are true members of the Cambridge community, absolutely “the real deal”. Nothing fake here. In my opinion, more stars are necessary!

They do compounding , animals too, and carry items such as shower chairs and compression socks. Very knowledgeable, sharing helpful information in an understandable way

Pharmacist is very helpful & everything is easy to find. I feel good supporting family owned businesses. It’s refreshing to be seen as a person, not a number. Not like the chain drugstores & big box stores.

Best pharmacy in Cambridge/ Somerville. Been going there since 1978. Superb service and great info on drugs and help with less expensive alternatives for high cost prescriptions. SA has a dedicated team of excellent pharmacists. A jewel in the privately owned apothecary business.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & treats each customer as a good friend, as well as a patient. I go out of my way to use them. I love supporting family business. I loathe the big pharmacy chains.

I am very fortunate I do not have a lot of medical issues. I needed a specialty medical item a compression sleeve for someone's arm not as common as you would think many pharmacies do not want to supply them probably because of technical issues. Skenderian Pharmacy where Joseph Skenderian, helps me he was very knowledgeable took time to explain everything. In a time where medical professionals are rushing you through procedures and appointments outstanding to have someone that cares and sincerely wants to help you.

Such respect and given the opportunity to trust information with a medically informed group like this is worth the 'globally recognized' business description. Organize questions and the answers will be straight forward, honest and a helpful improvement towards wellness and recovery. It has been a family owned business for years and for years to come. The whole staff are friendly and kind and have all the answers to your medical questions big or small. I always feel comfortable if I have one of those uncomfortable questions to ask. They greet you with a smile they know your name it feels like going to see family every time I go. They go that extra mile for you. They also have a delivery service for those who might not be able to make to the pharmacy. They have everything COVID-19 for yourself and for themselves so there are no worries. Sometimes I get carried away with conversations with the staff that’s just how awesome they all are.
