There are so many things wrong with the pharmacy in this store. I called yesterday to have prescriptions refilled. It took 15 minutes for someone to answer the call. Then today I go in to pick up. SEVEN people were behind that counter and for the entire 20 minute wait, all I could hear was "One pharmacy call" over and over again. They don't answer calls! I even told the guy that I could wait for him to answer it and he just stared at me. And this was after they made a mistake with my insurance and didn't let me know. I could go on but this is enough. Please go to any other pharmacy.
There are so many things wrong with the pharmacy in this store. I have prescriptions from an emergency, and they told me it is going to be ready at 05:00 pm when I came back at 05:00 it wasn't ready they told me that the prescription is out of stock, I asked to see which pharmacy has it available, the guy who was working there he said that I DO NOT KNOW when I'm trying to call no one is answering to my phone calls, I went to the store many times told me it will be ready on Friday, now it is Friday still not ready yet, now they are saying that it is going to be available on Monday.
UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE, GOOGLE, & FACEBOOK. This store hasn’t been open 24 hours in over a YEAR! I was there months ago! AND again tonight! They close at MIDNIGHT. Look at your reviews!! Everyone is saying the same thing! Hours of operation should be ACCURATE or at least FIXED when there’s this many comments about it.
Advertised as being open 24 hours, and does in fact close. Upon reading others reviews, it has not been open for 24 hours a day in over a year. Gas prices being what they are, please update to your correct hours if you have any concern for your patrons at all, and save us a trip to your store burning gas and time.
I will be contacting the AZ pharmacy board as well as GoodRx advocacy team when they re-open tomorrow. Prices for prescription medications never match goodrx code amount listed for cvs. When I have inquired I've had different responses from staff. First is always, we applied it already. I pull up current code showing they haven't and the amount is more. Then I've been given random amounts and *asked* if that amount is OK always a little over the listed price. Is this a negotiation? Are we in Mexico? I've also been told they don't have to honor goodrx or insurance and are able to set their own prices. Really? I was seriously told that today. News to me. My insistence is always followed by "if you want to come inside and wait 20-30 minutes we can re-run it." What about sick people who can't come inside, vulnerable, elderly, or just the fact that it's raining, this is not a new script and I've asked you to keep goodrx on file? Nope I'll wait in my car, there's no line. DO YOUR JOB. Ultimately they correct it but not without insane amounts of arguments sometimes demanding double the cost of a prescription. I imagine this leads many vulnerable people to be taken advantage of and unlawfully overcharged for their prescription medication. They need to be investigated.
Was on hold for 50 minutes then someone answered, I had more questions and she hangup, the other I was in line and lady said we don't have your prescription, had me go to drop off and drop off said they have it so had to go back in line again. The lady on the phone seems to be the same lady who said my prescription is not there
Just went to this CVS on 35th ave and Glendale spoke to a pharmacist named Muhammad who said that at home covid test are not covered by insurance unless you have a doctor prescription according to CVS policy that apparently he read. I don’t regularly go to this CVS because their service is horrible I rather drive further down but my husband does my CVS pharmacy submitted the request for my at home test immediately within 10 minutes it was ready we are both sick and so are my daughters so we decided to go to this CVS to get the tests through my husbands insurance apparently they don’t have the same policy as the rest of the stores.
They were out of stock on my son's prescription. They told us to go back the following day, I did. They still didn't have it in stock which I completely understand so I asked for it to be transferred elsewhere where they did have it. The Pharmacist told me it was getting sent to 19th Ave and thunderbird mind you I live in Glendale. When in reality it was sent to 19th Ave and Indian school?? Why lie and try to send me to the furthest store available?? And don't get me started with the pharmacy assistant at the window, She definitely needs more training!!!
Lies lies and more lies. The person at the counter Alex assisted me at the counter. When he was retrieving the prescriptions he seemed very confused on where all the meds are located at in the pharmacy. He scanned out the papers for the meds, when we got home the 4th med was not in the bag but it appeared on the receipt, and the paper for the med was placed in the bag. After only decoded only the paperwork and no meds we went back to the store where Alex assisted us again this time he appears more defensive when confronted that the med was never in the bag. He claimed that I dropped if. If it was stapled correctly how the hell can I drop the med, if that happened everything would be lost then. To make matter wore he would not justify his error. Don't trust him!!!!!!!!
