This CVS was 24 hours. The past 2 times I have come it has had the gates closed and lights on. Update the hours at least.
The NP on shift at the MinuteClinic was unprofessional, degrading, and argumentative. Jaqueta Williams, NP did not show any compassion to my concerns. Instead she humiliated and dismissed me asking me to leave "her area." Ms. Williams not only name called me, but she also questioned my integrity. Woman to woman and HCP to HCP, I'm very disappointed by the way this NP treated me in a public space for anyone to see.
Came to this CVS to purchase COVID Antigen Test Kit two days in a row and was told they don’t have them. Was told by their staff to go next door to Albertsons to purchase them. Albertsons had a ton of them. Why does this CVS doesn’t have them. Supposedly you can purchase them with your insurance coverage but not at Albertsons. What a waste of being a pharmacy without COVID Test Kits.
This place is unbelievably unprofessional. I went for a rapid covid test. Got a notification the day prior confirming my appointment. Went at my scheduled time and the “nurse” canceled my appointment because she wouldn’t be in. I never got a call, email, text, nothing. This is all before I have to go to a doctors appointment with my pregnant wife. I am so disappointed it’s unreal. If you need to rapid test, I would stay far away from this place. You can make an appointment, get a confirmation, show up on time and the person giving the test could just not show up. I was told this happens regularly at this location and I am not the first person that this happened to. if you can go somewhere else more reliable I would go there. You’ve been warned.
So quick and it’s a pretty fancy CVS! Never seen the minute clinic before! Will be our go yo CVS from now on
This is a great location This CVS has a large variety of products Its always pretty clean The clerks are always courteous The pharmacy dept is excellent
Everytime I go to CVS pharmacy there is a long line and a problem.They can't get my precriptions right, even though I call ahead to make sure they are ready, I still have to wait because something is wrong and needs to be fixed or isn't ready. They need better staff or pharmacist that WANT to do their job with a smile.
Got turned down for a prescheduled COVID-19 testing at the Kenyon Way, Rancho Cucamonga CVS by a very dismissive representative and then when her coworker jumped in 45 min later I refused to give her name… How unprofessional buy decided to call 911 ? because “I didn’t belong there“. I arrived about 9 minutes late for an 11:20am spot but it took the rep two minutes to even come to my car. Never got the link from cvs.com to check in and never got a phone call as the sign posted in the designated COVID-19 testing site explained their process. I was told by the dismissive rep to wait as the NP would be calling me and/or coming out to talk to me as she was tending to other patients if the testing appointments are every 10 minutes, then why wasn’t the gentleman that pulled up at 12:02 PM dismissed when his appointment was at 12 PM? Two minutes versus eight minutes… What gives? CVS REALLY dropped the ball this time but somebody with authority perhaps a district or a regional manager needs to understand that “medical professionals” SHOULD NOT treat their customers/patients this way. 19 minutes or 90 minutes late, I could see but not 8, 9 minutes especially when it took them 2 minutes to even come out of their booth to address the three cars in line and that’s all there was this morning was three cars. Abominable Service. Having to take off work, unpaid time, only to be told to reschedule. Absolutely ridiculous in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. So very unnecessary and childish to be overdramatic and overreactive. Never again at this CVS location. The police never came but I waited because I wanted to inform them how this COVID-19 outside testing clinic representative treat the general public. I way to buy my car with my puppy as it was 72° and I was waiting inside my car for at least 40 minutes before I decided to go in asked to speak to the main pharmacist in charge in private. He was kind of offered to speak to the reps outside and he did but it became quickly apparent to him that they were not budging and not cooperative. He apologized and went back into the store. I don’t remember the last time a CVS rep such as the two females outside in the red and white booth ever ever treated their customer/patients like this. Absolutely sad, unnecessary, and they were way out of line especially the one that got involved that I didn’t speak to from the get go?
This place not the one you can do your shopping because they have a rude and un respectful manger he is thinking that this property under his name he is owning and each time I came I look if he is there because he screamd at me in front of all the others customers last time and I don’t to do again cause I went to the ER but to be honest they have some nice and helpful cashiers
The pharmacy is the most incompetently run operation I have ever encountered. I've been coming here for 15 years and only in the past year has the staff completely disinagrated into a nightmare. Ive been treated rudely every time I go pick up my monthly medications for me and my family. The staff truly goes out of their way to not help people. Today, they found a reason not to fill an elderly woman's prescription because they would have to order it after making her stand waiting for over 45 minutes with no customers ahead of her in both the pick up line and drop off line. Then they denied filling mine even though my ID matched the prescription. I should have ran when our family doctor told us they were atrocious and recommended we go elsewhere. Well now I will never shop or use a cvs. This place is a disgrace to our community standards. As our family company provides medical equipment for most of the local doctors we will be spreading the word to send their patients elsewhere so that they may be treated with dignity and avoid having to be treated so poorly. Beyond disappointed and disgusted with how downhill this place has gone.
