CVS Pharmacy

Answer your phone!! Everytime I call it's 45 mins to an hour to get someone to answer. Poor customer service!! I called another CVS and the girl working there says the same thing happens to her when she reaches out to your pharmacy. Just answer the phone and have prescriptions ready when you say you will.

They couldn't accept my coins to load on my debit card

Way too busy for me Never answer the phone probably for a half hour came down and waited for one hour still haven’t Been helped

If i could give a zero i would. This pharmacy treats people like dogs. Spent 2 hours waiting for medicine from a 20 minute wait. Changing to a new pharmacy. Thanks for the excellent services!

Pharmacy definitely ignores calls. Trying to get a refill ready for pickup today and they have me waiting 25minutes on hold, than they hang up on me. This happened twice now 3rd times a charm right...... ?!

If there was a zero to give this pharmacy that's what they would get. How does it take 20 mins in drive through to drop off a prescription?! They always promise to have my prescription ready to pick up on a certain day at a certain time and NEVER is it ready.

Slowest pharmacist in the world it took 25 mins to get a medication, the staff love so slow it’s ridiculous and rude.. it’s definitely time to change to pharmacy I go to ..

This CVS store for the most part is dirty. Carpet needs shampooing, walls need to be cleaned and trash needs to be picked up from the floor. Management needs to be more efficient.
