CVS Pharmacy y m‡s

This place was closed at 10:50ish when I got here and there were three other cars waiting too. Wow and there is only one car in the handicap parking . False advertisement of hours or someone was in the bathroom -> bad timing ..or not doing job right .gave me COVID flash backs

Not sure what happened to this pharmacy but the costumer service has gone down horribly in the last few months. Such a shame. The previous staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

I only stop here for the atm or snacks while I'm visiting family. I asked to use the restroom once there was no problem. Recently I had to go while shopping and the pharmacy clerk refused then the night time manager seemed to care less.Never going here again. The so called manager should have been more professional towards my situation,seeing as every establishment should have public restrooms. Dude as can be take your business else where;.

I tried to returned an unopened pill holder that I had purchased at another Houston CVS store. My refund was denied. The cashier said they do not do returns on items purchased at other CVS stores. He said it was the manager's policy. This is in direct violation of the CVS corporate return policy. There are several other CVS stores in my part of town. I will take my business and money elsewhere.

I love this specific location for my prescriptions at least the pharmacy. They always have them ready and of there is any questions they quickly call me. I live about 25 min from this location but I always choose it for my prescriptions pick up and refills.

While I have had a couple of negative experiences with the blonde lady working the front counter, the pharmacy staff has usually been above par and I have been picking up my sons meds and shopping there for many years. Several months ago they started having problems getting one of my sons scrips and I have had to wait or take smaller quantities. Last friday the pharm mgr offered choices of going to another cvs I have to walk everywhere going to the Walgreens close by I hate Walgreens, or he would try to get it elsewhere and call me Monday. He did not get it or call. I am now a Walgreens customer because CVS cannot provide the same medications that Walgreens can.

The people was very rude. She saw two black enter the store with book bags she ran up on us said we would have leave our bags with but as we enter we passed security officer who was black he never said anything bout CVS policy that we would have leave our bags. I haven't found that policy yet. Racist policy if there is one are the people here racist

PHARMACY STAFF, SPECIALLY MANAGER RUDE. NOT PROFESSIONAL, DON'T LISTEN AND SPEAKS OVER YOU. SO DISSAPOINTED THAT SOMEONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU WITH PRESCRIPTION FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE DONT CARE.

I see they confirmed on here that they close at 11:00pm and that's a lie they are closing at 10:00pm hire people that want to stay the extra hour or change the hours so we don't waste time and gas

Told me they were closed 20 minutes before they were supposed to be closed, convenience is the whole point…
