ive been calling for two days and nobody is answering they are very unprofessional
Disorganized, don’t answer phone, give you unreliable pick up time, and overall very poor experience waiting two days for medications that I need and weren’t filled until the doctor called the pharmacy directly multiple times
I asked to speak with the pharmacist and was placed on hold over 45min. The male that works there kept interrupting me while I was trying to ask a simple question. When I asked for his name he quickly placed me on hold... very bad customer service.
Really don't know what they're doing smh always have issues every single time
They are ok, but I like Walgreens better.
There can be 20 people in line and 6 employees behind the Pharmacy counter, but only 1 helping customers. Also, don't argue with the pharmacist. The one that I was questioning my RX with yelled my health condition so that all in line could hear. HIPPA violation!
Takes forever to answer phone and then if they do answer leave you on hold for a long time. Majority of the times they're out of stock with the meds I use. Poor customer service. Have to use this one because it's closer to me.
