Tom was so friendly and helpful! They gave me plenty of updates on their ETA, let me know what I needed to do to prepare for my arrival, and did a great job setting up all of the cabling.Also the speeds are crazy fast- I came from Sonic and it's like night and day. Can't speak to the reliability yet because I've only had it for a few hours but if the installation is any indication this service is going to be awesome!
These guys are great! Cyberonic Internet Communications, Inc has been our managed IT provider for over 3 years now. They helped us build our office out and have been supporting our server, computers, and team members ever since. They are always super quick to respond to any problems and meet with us regularly to review our business objectives and suggest any tech improvements. Highly recommend
Our small office has been hit with a couple of desperate IT situations, and every time Mark and his team swoop in and save the day. The customer service is amazing, timing is faster than anyone else in the area and quality of support is outstanding. I would never call anyone else.
Just had Tom come out and assist me in our new apartment, i called them yesterday, they showed up today and Tom fixed the problem in 15 minutes and set me up. i am now using Cyberonic Internet and have super fast internet, very easy set up. i am a happy customer.
Just got our internet set up! AJ was awesome and very friendly. He was responsive and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He managed to get us set up in less than an hour. Speeds seem solid so far. Would recommend!

I wanted to extol the Web pass technician, Mike, who just helped my Mom I resolve a connectivity issue months ago. He was affable and patient while explaining the connectivity issue we were having caused by the multiple wireless routers my mother had in her house.
So far very happy with the service and with Mike, who came home to install it. He called to come in earlier than originally planned and did a quick and excellent job. Very friendly too!! thanks
