Very helpful staff. Price was same at several rental shops. Located just 5min from fisherman's. Fast bike delivery. We did the Golden bridge in two hours. Great routes available.

We made a mistake with the reservation... We ordered two more bikes on a group of 7 people They did not refund us. Their politics are to give a credit -what we did not needed-. We don't like this customer politics. And also the guys outside, they check each bike as if you had stole something...

Great bike rental place close to Central Park. Quality of bikes much better than other bike rentals and prices are competitive if booking is done online. Swift check out and return. Highly recommend the place! We rented bikes for an hour and had such a great time, we kept it for another hour.

Bike rentals were one of our favorite things in New York. We did not take a tour but, instead, stopped where we wanted along the path. Bikes were in fabulous shape with great working gears. Seats were a little uncomfortable, but not terrible. We, my family of 5 with the youngest 11 yrs old, would do this, again, for sure!
