I submitted a request for a detailed quote via their website and received one instantly. So far, so good. The next day, however, I received an email from the company and my quote for services was increased by more than $30. When I called and inquired why my quote was increased, a company representative said it was because I had underestimated the size/square footage of my home. It had nothing to do with the number of windows, just that I had under estimated the square footage of my home. When I asked what the size of my home had to do with the number of windows I had to have cleaned, the company spokesperson was vague, at best. A 12” by 12” window is the same size regardless of how big, or how small, my home is. It appears to me that this company’s pricing structure isn’t just based on how many windows they are cleaning, but on the size of your home and your ability to pay. I can understand charging someone more to clean 40 windows rather than 25 windows. But to charge someone more to clean those same 25 windows just because their home is bigger now becomes an issue of business ethics. This company may do a fine job cleaning windows, but I can’t do business with anyone who conducts their business in this manner and does so with a clear conscience.

After living in our home for nearly 3 years, the spots on the outside of our windows had gotten so bad you could hardly see through them. I emailed Cyclone Window Cleaning and they quickly replied with a quote. I chose the "Genius" package which included premium screen washing, and window sill cleaning inside and out. Chris arrived on schedule and was very neat and professional. The results were Amazing! Our windows haven't looked this good since we've been in the home. It's incredible how really clean windows can change the appearance and feel of a room. We'll definitely use Cyclone Window Cleaning again in the future!

Excellent, meticulous, professional window cleaning. We moved in 7 months ago and the windows needed cleaning. When Chris and Elena arrived, they spent time doing their thing with each one of the 28 windows we have - some hard to reach. We can't say enough good things about the expert cleaning we received. I didn't even realize the screens were back on the windows afterward. That is when we realized how badly the windows needed cleaning. We had a lot of rain after that. When the windows dried from the rain, they are still nice and clean. Thank you so much for the hard work and effort you put into letting us "see" the world around us! I wouldn't even think about using anyone else.

Cyclone was the most responsive, provided the quickest quote, and the prices were inline with other quotes. They did an excellent job cleaning the exterior of my home, the windows, and the gutters. Excellent work and I'll be bringing them back in the future.

Very Professional. Arrived on time. Windows looked prefect. Probably never been cleaner. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use Cyclone Window Cleaning to clean our windows again.
