S&K Roofing, Siding and Windows

I had some wind damage to my roof. I called S & K on April 6 and the same day a service rep. was there to assess the damage and give me an proposal. Within 6 days S & K came and repaired my roof. I have been dealing with S & K for 18 years and have always been satisfied with their work. Their service reps. have always been knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I recommend them to everyone.

A serious wind storm that rolled through our area damaged a number of roofs which meant roofing companies were bombarded with requests. I contacted a couple other companies who either didn't respond or told me they wouldn't be able to come provide an estimate for a month or so. S&K responded quickly and was able to provide an estimate using a couple pictures I sent and some satellite images. The price they provided was a god bit lower than the only other estimate I received and they were able to complete the work within a few weeks (understandable given the volume of work due to the wind storm). They were responsive and helpful and explained the work they completed. I would hire them again if the need arose.

The salesman didn’t answer my phone call about getting a estimate. I then called back and asked why I was directed to his answering machine, she then explained that they have a lot of people calling in and that he would call me back within 24-48hrs. I told the rep that this is total unprofessional to just have one salesman and that other companies answered my call and set my appointments up right away. She then tried getting my info so she could pass it along. I told her I would like to speak to the salesman and she told me she couldn’t do that. I then told her I would be leaving a bad review and she said go ahead. Ounce I hang up the salesman called me right back and I told him I’m not interested and that I called two other companies and got a appointment set up right away, his remark was oh well they must not be busy and that why they answered you. Total unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend anyone using this company.

Great customer service and finished product! Cindy was very responsive over email and helpful. Great pricing! I would highly recommend S&K roofing!
