Window World of Baltimore

The installers did a great job. We recommended your company to a relative in VA. She is using window world too. They did a nice job including cleaning up. It is nice not feeling cold air coming through the windows. Everyone has told us how nice they look.

The overall experience would have been better had there not been so many errors in the delivering of my doors. When the doors first came in they came out to install them. After taking off my back doors, it was discovered the had the wrong size doors. Luckily they were able to place my old doors back in place and place foam around the frame to block the cold air from coming in. I then had to wait two weeks for them to be able to come back out with the correct doors. The 2nd time they came out to install my back doors they realized they did not have the correct screen. Therefore, they had to place an order in for the correct screen. After waiting about 3 weeks the correct screen was finally installed. During the whole process I had to either take off from work 3 times or ensure someone was at the house to make sure the doors were installed. This was not the fault of the people installing the doors by any means, but the fault of the company they receive the doors from. If it were not for this experience I would have given a 5 rating. After the inconvenience of it all, I was never offered a discount or an apology as a result of the order being incorrect multiple times.

Great experience no pressure from salesman service was great. Installers were very professional and work was completed in a timely fashion. Very satisfied all the way around.

Like another user said, the product is essentially junk. Several service calls over the past few years and my doors still don't close or lock properly. Pay a little more and go with somebody else!
