The crew we had was great overall. From the sales person, financing, to the installers they were all great overall. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. They are on the high end of the prices when looking for windows but their product is well worth it. The installers where very polite, neat and cleaned up before they left. Took the installers one whole day to replace 14 windows and my wife as well as I were very pleased with their work. Thanks

This job is my second experience working with Window Nation. They previously installed windows in my condominium. That experience is why I contacted them again for my new single family home.Since we had a prior working relationship, everything was done online, which was a lifesaver for me! The type of windows; financing; scheduling; measurements and install were "outstanding!" And I know it's abgreat product how? Because I didn't need to turn the heat on after having the original single pane 1951 windows replaced in the home! It was the same way in my condo, immediate energy savings.The windows are beautiful! 0% interest for 18 months make budgeting easy and affordable. This is major after purchasing a home, where money and budgeting is important.I highly recommend Window Nation, and look forward to working with them in the future for some other home improvement projects I have scheduled in the future.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I had multiple jobs and communicatuon was excellent through the entire process. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends, neighbors and family. Top notch customer service. They finished the job a day earlier then scheduled. Excellent work!

Starting with the good. I am happy with the overall quality of the windows and door that were installed. They have dramatically reduced our heating bill and it keeps my son's room a lot warmer this winter. The installation guys were great, and worked quickly and I don't have any complaints about the work quality. I had problems with my original sales rep being unresponsive and leading to rounds of multiple calls trying to get information. Unfortunately, during my door installation, they found a defect in the frame due to travel damage, so they needed to schedule another appointment. I was very upset, but I was contacted by the owner of Soft Lite and I finally felt like someone truly acknowledged the problems I had throughout my purchase experience. He was understanding and offered changes to our purchase contract that showed he actually cared about the inconvenience of my experience. I can now say that i am fully satisfied with the windows and doors and my correspondence with the upper management. The 1-star reduction is due to the problems with customer service I experienced early in the process. But overall I can recommend this company.

I was truly surprised with the expert efficiency of the installation crew. All services were done in an organized and with care and concern for my home. I had six windows installed in three areas of my home and they were not only careful not to break, disturb or damage my property, also they were very efficient in cleaning up after themselves so well like they weren't there. The product I selected has provided me with a draft free home and I am already seeing the effects on my energy bills.
