Glass And Screen Hospital

I had a double pane window replaced after one of the glass panes cracked. Their price was very inexpensive ($99) compared to another quote I received from a different replacement company ($325). The service was very quick as we dropped the window off on a Saturday morning and picked it up a few hours later that day. I can see where some of the other reviewers stated issues with customer service... I never received a phone call indicating the window was ready for pick-up. When my fiance called in to ask if it was ready, one of the service women up front placed my fiance on a brief hold, checked to see that it was ready, then stated "it's ready" and hung up the phone before another word could be said. Seems she could use a course refresher in phone etiquette. Though for the price and speed of the service, I'm happy to return for any future repairs.

I not one to give a review but I'm irritated with this company. As well as that i am a little late on the review. About a month and a half ago i had an appointment that was very important because i needed to sell my house in a timely manner. Well my appointment day came. I called to make sure they were still coming at the time we agreed upon. Well they said that they didn't have an appointment for me. That i possibly called a company close to them. Well i know for sure it was glass and screen hospital because i have everything written down in my planner. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because at least i received an apology for the mistake that was made. However i will never conduct business with this company ever again. In my eyes that is so unprofessional and i'm just completely disappointed. I should have known to read the other reviews before i signed up with glass and screen hospital. #DISAPPOINTED

Please dismiss yourself from the window industry!!!! Talk about the worst experience of my life. I will be looking elsewhere to have my windows fixed.THIS PLACE IS PURE TRASH. Really going to give me and my husband an attitude. Just a tip when someone is looking to spend hard earned money at your company. At least make is seem like you want my business. I should of new better to go to a place named glass and screen hospital. sounds so stupid. Just THROW THE WHOLE BUSINESS AWAY

Very helpful and nice. Good prices and will get your glass replaced quickly with great quality! I won't go anywhere else.
