I received an estimate and walked the windows with the estimator. One week later signed the contract. they came out to verify measurements and said the windows i wanted would be an additional $800. I explained the windows I wanted and showed them my neighbors window style at the time of the estimate. They changed the price and Windows after i signed the contract. I will not ever contact them again.

Contractors did horrible job with windows - they broke it with a hammer and let all the glass fall on the carpet. Also, they stole an item from my desk. THANKS A LOT.

Friendly people, and great product. I have their casement windows in my kitchen and double hung in the bedrooms and I couldn't be happier with them. Everything is manufactured in-house by skilled professionals.
