The workers were prompt, quick, methodical, and professional.  The work site was cleaned up very well, which was greatly appreciated.  Their product is excellent and has made a difference in the temperature inside our home.  They responded promptly to concerns that we have about on window and are scheduled to address the issue shortly.  We are overall very pleased with the product, service, and the workmen themselves.

Horrible Customer Service!  I have been trying to get a storm door handle repair for over 6 months and no one can follow up.  I would love to do business with them but I need reliability

Our tempered glass window shattered in August while under warranty and it took Champion 8 months to get us a replacement. They were very difficult to deal with and the customer service was substandard.
