I purchased a house in 2017 in East Baltimore Midway for a future investment property that was missing a few windows. Upon checking the current windows I noticed WeatherMaster's name on them. I gave them a call and they sent their best salesperson Joe out to see what could be done to replace the missing windows. Windows were fine, and along with install. However do NOT trust them when it comes to billing. I had them install windows for me two years earlier. I was told it was paid in full, and now they are telling me that i owe them $500, plus over $300 in interest. This is the first i heard about this in the two years. I chose to work with them since they are local and not a big box company, however they are disorganized and frankly unprofessional. I would not recommend working with them. Choose a larger company that is actually organized.

Just had widows installed about 2 weeks ago. 1st had rain we had water was pooring in the front window. The inspector that showed up tells me everything that could be our fault but nothing could be there fault. Never had an issue with water until the new widows were put in. They say water may be coming down behind the siding and they have seen this many times before. This was basically a new install and all should have been taken in consideration if this has been an issue . I will update after they come back 3 days from today to make repairs.
