Cyr Arena Skating Rink

Staff was very helpful and nice to me and my friends and family. Happy with service and I keep coming back for public skating. Everyone seems happy with everything when I frost walk in.

Was there for a hockey game. Great place for all hockey players or people who enjoy the game.

Horrible service, I was just yelled at and turned away by management in the front lobby for coming in with a party of 4 children 2 adults at 1pm, mind you they don't close down skating until 1:50. Will never go to this establishment again. The manager let me know if I'd came in when skating began at 12 pm I would be able to skate but they do not honor there hours that are listed online... false advertising. Staff was rude towards my family from the moment we walked in the door. If you don't want customers don't open the doors or find a new job and leave the position available for someone who actually wants a job.

If I could give this arena no stars I would. I am very disappointed on how the lady at the entrance treated my family and I. My little ones wanted to take a look at the ring. They just wanted to look at it not skate or watch a game and the audacity of the women to treat us like second class citizens. I stand for unity. We are created equal and we bleed the same color.. I am definitely beside myself. Remember the saying actions speak louder then words and this definitely was the case!

Nice place but the staff sucks. Rather skate on a ice pond and feel human.
