D&D and Jeanmarie in particular are a phenomenal. They are very responsive. The only issues that have ever been present are the fault of the super and not the Managment company.
run away! do not deal with that company. find a new one
I live in a building that this company manages. If you call them with a problem they will do nothing about it. Please avoid at all cost.
