I like everything about Goodwill Deja Blue - warm and welcoming atmosphere, great choice of shoes and clothes for men and women, kind staff, fresh air and special cards which give you the opportunity to receive 50% discount if you fill all the stamps. And of course wonderful location in Cherry Creek North! Favorite store in Denver, which i always leave with positive emotions for the whole day. Thank you, guys!!!
Large percentage of items sold here are for women. I stopped by during my lunch nearby and I asked the staff about the “work boots” that my wife saw yesterday. I asked the first staff who was friendly, but she didn’t know so she asked the second and third. The latter two seemed to be blank so they weren’t great or helpful. I get it that a pair of “work boots” is not expected or can found at the soft “boutique” store for an obvious reason. The third staff gave me an expression that I’m weirdo. Well, I finally found the said boots hidden near the cash register and told the cashier that this was what I was looking for. Second and third staff were useless, the third with an attitude. Those boots were definitely brand new and tight. I decided to not buy it after all. Poor customer service, but then again this is Goodwill. Won’t be coming here anymore.
This store turns the heat up to 90 and opens the front door all winter long...Goodwill is NOT a nonprofit organization and is owned by a very wealthy man who pays his employees very little. Try ALLIANCE THRIFT on Evans....a truly fabulous thrift store with great selections and great prices and benefits many great causes. Plus they close the front doors in the winter!
5 stars i give for natural friendliness, kindness and high professional skills of the girl Anne, Supervisor of the store. I always liked this store but didn't visit it for almost 1,5 year because the customer service was below average. Now after dealing with Anne for four different times when i came to the store, i was very impressed by her very high level of customer service and wonderful natural welcoming and will definitely come again. Thank you very much Anne! I wish all Managers in different stores of Denver, were like you.
It's a cool store but I think they forget that they are a goodwill. The prices are often higher than what you would pay online for used items. As a poshmark flipper, I have trouble making a profit off items that I buy there, even when they are in good condition. There is another upscale used clothing store next door called Rags, and they a wider selection of name brands no items from target/ walmart/ old navy and the items there are cleaner. If you are going to pay the same price between the two, go to Rags.
This place is amazing! I have never seen a Good Will that was more like a well organized Boutique! Beautiful!
Ok stuff, but the staff never shut up talking about traveling abroad, getting sober, their cat, their upset boyfriend. No wonder your mom doesn’t trust you to pack, she probably has no peace around you. The male employee looked like he wanted to die having to listen to that all day, so he just STARRED at the customers. Prices ok, did find some nice things, but searching regular goodwills where the racks have lights and arnt packed so tight you can actually look at the clothes. Bring a flashlight
Super super friendly lady at the checkout, the store is very well set up as well. Looks like an actual clothing store! That being said, their prices are also quite high by thrift store standards. $13 for a tie is insane! However I did also get Tommy Hilfiger pants for $5, so it somewhat makes up for it. I'd still come back here. Keep in mind, there might be a discount on top of the tag price!
Apparently I won the raffle but missed the opportunity because they called while I was at work. Lame. Often have $100-500 items too. Do better.
Beware fine print - return must be within 7 days. When I bought clothes, they said "as long as you have a receipt" no mention of time limit !!
