In 10 years of experience contracting out work to thousands of vendors, this is the #1 worst customer experience I have had with a vendor. I would rate D&R negative stars if possible. I placed an order for repair work to be performed to fix a hole in my cinder block building on October 26, 2016. For the next 3 months, I documented 7 separate times that I asked for an update on when the work would be completed. A number of times, no response was provided. Other times, an answer would come up to a week later with a vague response like "we will find out". When D&R got around to doing the work 3 months later, they did significant damaged to my tenant's floors in the process of making their repairs. My tenant tried cleaning the floors, but the scratches were too deep. When I asked how D&R would like to handle the repairs, I received an aggressive call from D&R's Project Manager (PM) telling me my tenant was lying ("selling me a bill of goods" were his exact words), and that the scratches were there prior to the repair work. I told him I walk through the space often and I had never noticed scratches prior to their work. The PM doubled down, effectively calling me a liar, demanding payment and threatening to place a lien on the building. These guys are horrible communicators, do not stand behind their work and evidently do not care about their reputation. I'll be repairing the damaged they caused myself. If you expect work to be done in a timely manner, expect timely communication, don't want your property damage, prefer to not field aggressive calls from your vendors, I'd recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I seriously don't believe any of these reviews. Maybe if he ever came by on the appointment when it was scheduled would this review be higher. Either that or he's so busy he forgets when his appointments are. Either way, completely unprofessional.

we have been working on difficult parking deck water leaks for a long time that was poorly designed by the architect. D&R has stood up to their promise to resolve problems at their great expense twice. Nice to know you can believe in them.
