Continued from my first Gmail account Just_Jenn,
I'm like "Oh okay, well you're not." I said I didn't appreciate you scoff/laughing at me on the phone or you raising your voice to me. She literally scoff/ laughs and puts her hands on her hips and said that she didn't. I cried "You just did it again!" Exasperated. She then tells me that SHE is offended by me saying shes bad at customer service and that she's doing things that she doesn't think she's doing. I again say "Well, you are and everyone is going to hear about this.". She's keeps repeating that she wishes that I would let her provide good customer service. I've been shaking angry for a while at this point and I'm like "You are by far the worst." She then curtly says "Will you please leave.". I say "Gladly." And I knock my old food off the counter because I am so frustrated and angry. I know doing that was wrong, but none of this should have happened. Had she been even remotely kinder, it would not have escalated to this. But now I want everyone to know, don't spend money here. They don't value you, your time or your money. I called the sister store in Kelso and lodged a complaint. Hopefully the owner John will contact me and we can talk about the experience.

I have worked in customer service for 13 years starting at a fast food place, to retail to call center. Because of that, I have a high tolerance for less than stellar customer service. I understand people have bad days, but last night at the Woodland Dairy Queen my tolerance met it's limit was was exceeded beyond anything level I've ever experienced before.
Last night I went through the drive thru at about 6:30 pm. I ordered the same thing I order 2-3 times a week. 2 crispy chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. All the sandwiches are supposed to have is mayo, lettuce and tomato. I get my food at 6:39pm. Get it home get ready to eat and the sandwiches are wrong, one of them is just a little wrong, ( no mayo at all) the other one though... It had cheese, bacon and some type of thousand island style dressing on it. I call the Woodland Dairy Queen at 6:50 pm. I talk to the manager Kelsi, I explain that the sandwiches are wrong, she says I can bring them back and they can exchange them. At this point it's been 20 minutes and I still don't have food, I'll have to get my reluctant 6 yr old back in the car and drive back to the store where it'll be another 10 minutes. I say that because of all the time and hassle I want the food replaced and I want my money refunded. Working at several fast food places like A&W, Taco Time, and Jack in the Box, this is standard practice for a situation like this when the customer is a regular and considering all the time and effort the customer has to go through. She says that she can't do both and that she can only do one or the other. I said "this is something you should be able to do for someone that spends around $36 a week at your restaurant.". She replies/ raised her voice "Well one, you're not going to tell me what I can and cannot do. And this is all I can do." I ask when the owner will be in, she says next week, I ask for his name and hers, and I told her I don't appreciate her yelling at me. She scoffs/laughs and tells me she didn't yell at me, I said that she did, and I ask if she has any experience in talking to an upset customer, she says that she's trying to help me but I won't let her. Oh my God, I've told you want I feel is fair and she laughed at me and had yelled at me. I am shaking and say that I'm coming down, she laughs and says "Okay," then hangs up on me. So I get my kid, the food and head down there. I wait me turn and then tell the guy I want a refund. She comes up and says in the most non-apologetic way that she wishes I would let her help her and that she's never been told that she's bad at customer service. I said well you are tonight and with me. I said I don't see why you can't do both with how much money I spend here and how often I come. She says she'll get fired if she refunds my $12.49 AND remakes my food. I ask if she's a store manager, she says that she is so I'm like "and you're not empowered to refund under $13 and replace food that was made incorrectly as a store manager?" She says that she will get fired and I flat out said "I don't believe you." She slams down the change thing and I said you could use some more empathy or actually sound sorry in your tone. She said "At this point, I'm just trying to be professional."

Staff was friendly and fast. They keep the place clean inside and out. They have alot of parking and a drive through. No complaints.

Friendly staff and even gave my dog his own cup of ice cream

Showed up before 10 in the drive thru right before we got up to the speaker box it turned 10 o clock they turned off the lights and didn't take our order and the cars ahead of us. Boooooooo
