DQ always does a great job. Fast, friendly folks. I've ordered through the app and received great service, as well. My only moment where I felt upset was when I ordered their garden salad. It was, maybe, a handful of iceberg lettuce without tomatoes. I wanted the tomatoes... It wasn't worth what it cost by. I joked that I paid for the plastic container.
This was a pleasant surprise on how delicious your burger was. It has been years since I have been to a DQ and I see what I have been missing. The burger was moist and delicious, the fries were moist and crisp, the service was ok but nothing to write home about. The location was very clean and overall, it is worth going back to.Recommended dishesFries, Sandwich
Ok, I didn’t go in so atmosphere I’m not putting any stars. I can say I’ve never had a more upbeat, friendly, happy experience anywhere!!! This was the nicest person crew, everyone was smiling, getting the job done and pleasant, in the drive thru! I was amazed! The chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards were fantastic too!Food: 5/5
Delicious ice cream treat. Restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. We ordered an Oreo blizzard and a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. While waiting I went outside to their covered patio which looked really nice with built in fireplace, chairs and tables. Would be a nice place for an ice cream party! Ice cream was really good and when they presented the blizzard they held it upside down which is always fun to see.
Good food! But This place is always shutting down 10-15 minutes before close time. Just today there were 3 cars in line before 11. I got there 15 minutes till and a car was already there and they didn’t take his order.Food: 5/5
This is my first time ever going to a Dairy Queen, and I must say it did not match the hype I've heard over the years. The blizzards were great and all, but it just didn't seem like the business cared about the actual consumer experience. Ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders meal for about $10, and what I got was closer to a trio of chicken nuggets in size. I'm being hyperbolic here, none of these "tenders" were longer than my thumb. The rest of the footlong box was full of a shallow bed of fries and condiments. It would almost be laughable, except that was my SO's order and she was hungrier than I was. I ended up sharing my meal to cover for the pitifully lacking amount of actual food in the tenders box. And on top of that, I asked for a cupholder at the window, but the one given to me didn't fit the small blizzards we ordered, so my passenger still had to hold them the entire trip home. These cups didn't have lids, and were filled over the lip with ice cream, so of course they just started melting down the sides and made a mess of everything. Searching the bag revealed about 4 total napkins with which to contain this mess. Overall, I'm just very disappointed and perplexed at the apparent disregard for consumer experience here. It felt like a lot of mismatched components being forced together into some semblance of a franchise restaurant. In my opinion, they should take a portion of their marketing budget and give it to franchise owners to improve the overall quality of the food and customer experience. I don't think they have a problem with brand visibility, but rather one with customer satisfaction and retention.
There was a tall African American guy who worked the windows! Customer service was amazing! Thanks Tall guy at the window! I also relayed this information to your GM Doug.Food: 4/5
The Blizzard I was handed was pre-made and the strawberries in it were slightly freezer burned. Still tasted ok, though. Staff weren’t as interactive as most other DQ locations.Food: 3/5
Order food from the app, went inside to pick up order. The manager Assumed she was the manager had an attitude with me cause the app canceled my order and she was not about to offer letting me reorder. This was my very FIRST time ever trying to eat there and ABSOLUTELY will not try again.Food: 1/5
Young man at front, customer service was great. Even after I pointed out something to him, he responded with a great smile! Great summer night treat!Food: 5/5
