Potbelly Sandwich Shop

This team can’t seem to get a single order right the past several times we’ve gone in. Had one order “fixed” and they gave us someone else’s sandwich entirely. I won’t be going back because I’m tired of wasting my time and money. I expect these sort of things to happen once in a while but not EVERY TIME I visit.

Great experience from start to finish. Clean location, although hard to see from University Ave. Tucked into the middle of upscale living and shopping center. Kenneth was great in suggesting Drinks, Cookies, and a Side item. Greeted, and Thanked, I greatly appreciate being welcomed to spend hard earned money anywhere. Outside seating at 4 tables. A bit chilly, but worth people watching while having lunch. Great Job to all. Just completed Survey on Reciept, and earned a Great tasting Sugar Cookie..

I absolutely love the sandwiches here. They are served warm from a turnstile similar to what fast food pizzas are cooked in. My favorite selection is 'the wreck' with bacon on it. Though I have never experienced this before, on this visit when I ordered a Oreo cookie shake the young lady did not fill my cup with the ice cream mixture but there was a good 1/2 cup of shake left in the blender. I thought that she was going to get a spatula is get the rest out but she inverted the blender and rinsed it out before I could say something about the discrepancy. This will in no way stop me from going to potbelly it one of my favorite sandwich shops, but that event will keep me from ordering there shakes in the future.

Not just sandwiches, even though their toasted bread and flat bread are incredible even on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich… They also have soup, macaroni and cheese, cookies, chips, multiple different custom made milkshakes. Great little restaurant with a very friendly staff.

It's really a shameBecause when I first started going there it wasAwesome. But like every other restaurant in Little RockIt went down! You wouldn't think ham, bacon & chz would be that hard to remember, but it Is apparently! I NEVER GET MY BACON!!! They have also started cutting back on the ham that they originally startedPutting on the sandwiches. I WON'T BE BACK! I didn't mind paying a little extra for something yummy, but now it's just Subways

Bread was dry, the meat has a off taste! $60 for two sandwiches Wasted!

The food was good but not spectacular. I had the brocolli cheddar soup and it was also good. The service was fast, the staff was friendly and the dining area was clean and nice.

Food was excellent. Took quite a long while to get my order but it could have just been the day.Food: 5/5

Wow. What an overpriced version of Subway. In fact, Subway sandwiches taste better and have more ingredients than this place. Got a "big" chicken sandwich... A whopping FOUR strips of chicken that were thinner than my finger... A whole FOUR! 2 sandwiches and 4 bags of chips was over $30. Insane. Limited toppings. Super small menu choices. For all the people who talked this place up, I hues they've never had a real sandwich.. This place definitely is NOT it.. Overpriced, low quality food and limited menu.
