My good friends and I stopped in at this DQ for the first time yesterday and we were certainly happy we did. Their ice cream and shakes are always special treats, but the food was also really good. The best part, however was the excellent employees: particularly Cassandra the cashier. She could write a training guide for how to provide great customer service. She was pleasant, helpful, very friendly and was on top of the entire order, even offering suggestions. When we didn't have any cash to tip her DQ really needs to allow you to leave tips on the credit card she was more than gracious and appreciative that we were thinking of her. We will definitely make up for that oversight the next time we are there. It is terrific employees like Cassandra who keep loyal customers coming back for more. She has made three more repeat diners for this DQ. They are lucky to have her.
I seem to be on a kick for cheese curds as of late. They have always been one of my favorite snacks, but lately I've been finding myself trying new options at various places to see how they stand up to each other. Trying options I've never considered before such as fast food. Before this the only fast food name I'd ever consider was A&W. There's a wonderful location in Boulder City, for example. But I'll save that review for another day. For now, we have Dairy Queen. Honestly, I never knew until today that they even had this on the menu. I'll give it to him, they're not bad at all. I still prefer A&W, but these are a close enough second I guess. One of the best options in town is the Blue Ox Tavern, but it would be difficult and unfair to compare this to that. So for now, I will give DQ second place for fast food cheese curds. The texture is well enough, the cheese tastes well enough. They were perfectly warm and the amount was pretty decent as well. I guess I have to continue trying new options and adding new reviews as I go. Any recommendations for a non-fast food cheese courage around town would be wonderful. I'll do my best to try them all .
This is the worst experience I’ve had at Dairy Queen. This is for the Dairy Queen. That’s on Robindale and rainbow. It took me 25 minutes to get my order to go and when I got home, the burgers were cold the buns were hard the onion rings were cold, and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a bacon cheeseburger I don’t hear anything. I will not return to this Dairy Queen. It seems understaffed.
I don't know what came over me but was craving a cheeseburger. It'd been years since I ordered a burger from Dairy Queen. It was my lucky day because that double cheeseburger was fresh, the cheese melted perfect. I was impressed.
Waited forever at the drive thru window watching the guy fold napkins or do something with them. Literally 5 minutes. He never even took my money lol. Edit - went back yesterday, took a pic of the burger I got. Would still stay away LOL
we came through the drive thru and there were only 2 cars ahead of us, we waited over 10min for the first car to leave the window, the next car said forget this and just pulled past the window when it was their turn. my large pineapple sundae was a melted mess with a lump of solid ice cream still in it, there was no top to it, so I'm not sure how this is classified as a sundae...VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING
They don't accept mobile orders at ANY of their grill locations so I can NEVER use food deals. I haven't gotten any food there but would like to. What a waste!
I was craving some icecream. Waited at the drive through, and after the car in front of us ordered we pulled up and were told that they closed early because of staffing. Nobody was behind us and we were there 45 minutes before close. So we had to wait for the car in front of us to get their food. Every time I go to Dairy Queen I am simply reminded that it ain’t it
Same high quality and clean store with friendly staff. Prices are pretty high so make sure you have the craving so you don't notice so much.
Was there today ordered a large ice cream cone with sprinkles and large blizzard. Order was taken at 6:06pm didn't come out until 6:25pm. Now I know it doesn't take 19 minutes for 2 things. I will never return back.
