I love dairy queen, i normally dont come to this one on w 26th but i came in today with my dad. The floors are disgusting, none of the tables are cleaned, and it took them a very long time to bring the ice cream, its already starting to melt. The store needs to be managed better.

Went to DQ tonight with some family friends and the front end clerk was awesome young gentleman wearing a greyed American hat. Not only did he help when my daughter spilled some lemonade he assisted when a child fell off a bench and got the kiddo some ice to help with the swelling. This young man provided exemplary service and DQ should be proud to have him. Definitely would recommend a raise for this man!
We have a family tradition of going to Dairy Queen after concerts with my in-laws and have been going to the one on 57th due to having family on that part of town for some time with great customer service. Each time we easily drop over $100 on food there. After our issues with the Kiwanis store, we decided to try the 26th street store. They too told us that they were closing at 9 and that we had to leave by 9:15 pm. When we started to divy out food and start eating, we noticed we were short a cheeseburger from what we had ordered. The receipt was difficult to go through to determine what was ordered and we told the employees we were short a cheeseburger. They went back and forth and we could hear the manager in the background saying if we want another cheeseburger, we would have to pay for one. We didn't want "another" cheeseburger, we wanted the one we ordered. They eventually pointed out how many cheeseburgers we have and that it matches the receipt, which means the order taker made a mistake, however they did not see it that way and stuck to their guns on not comping a $2-$3 cheeseburger for a group that just paid well over $100 for food. Now, I can see taking this stance on a $10-$30 order, but for how much we paid?? Come on, make the situation right for the customer! On top of that, near the end of the meal, my mother in law went to eat her chill dog and saw the photo I have posted on this.... The chili was old and burnt! They show'd that to the employees and they just said sorry and made no attempt, whatsoever, to make things right. What happened to customer service, especially with the almost double prices of fast food lately.... I think that was the last time we are going to that store as well and will stick with the 57th street location. With big orders, things tend to go wrong or get missed, and that store has ALWAYS made things right, within reason of course. I'm not looking for any hand outs here, just some good customer service from employees that actually appreciate our business, is that too much to ask for??
Ran in to grab an ice cream cake to celebrate my husband's graduation. There was a little wait time but the employee's were kind and one was willing to write on the cake for us even though it was a little complicated.
Is it possible to give zero stars!!?? They messed up our order, the store and parking lot were dirty and filled with trash, and when I got my burger the wrapper was only part way on. The picture I included proves this. They overcharged us on our food, and when we were at the drive through window and asked for extra cups for water, the fat greasy employee slammed the window in our faces! I am never going back!!!
We asked for a cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles added. They left off the cheese, then said that's how we ordered it. We obviously would've ordered a hamburger, not a cheeseburger, if that's how we wanted it. They wouldn't fix it.
This might be the nicest DQ i have ever been inside during my 45+ years of life was empreased with this Location. Clean and very modern look well done.
Ordered online and chose in store pickup to avoid the typically very long drive through wait. When we got there the doors are locked so we had to get in line behind 12 cars to pick up our order anyway. Food was no longer hot and the $7 blizzards were not even full. Update the app to not allow in store pickup if you can’t keep the doors open.
I would give them a zero star review if I could. I ordered three chili cheese dogs and I received no chili cheese dogs but received three dogs one plain, one with ketchup and one with mustard. Absolutely no chili no cheese. It is not what I ordered. This is unacceptable and I will put this out on social media via TikTok Facebook Twitter Instagram blasting this DQ because this is the second time I've ordered from them and they messed it up. This is 100% unacceptable. Even our blizzards we soupy.
