Don’t eat here!! My mother picked up Panda Express for me from coming back to Minnesota. I ate it it was still pretty hot. 2 hours later I am up throwing up and other things. I honestly have never had an experience like this from Panda Express. My whole family is sick. Has to be food poisoning! For facts we all got sick and I only had panda that day. 0 out of 5 if I could!
So glad siouxfalls got this awesome place to eat at, went in today order what I needed then sat down and ate my heart out.. The only thing bothered me was the loud Mexican music being played.the food tatse so good...so what are you waiting for go now when open.
A bit bland at this location. I ordered a chow mein with sesame chicken. The chicken was a bit cold and the noodles bland.Food: 3/5
I have never once gotten food here without being told " we are out of that". What is a drive thru good for if you have to park and come inside after waiting. This location really should consider a management review.
Iv been eating at panda for a least 5 years and iv never had a problem with any of them except this one, multiple times. There’s at least one thing wrong every time whether or not it’s the food or service. Will not be returning, this is by far the worst location.
I will never go to this location again. Every single time my husband and I go here, they get the order wrong. They also never give soy sauce, even when we ask for it - both at the box and the window. My husband and I have, on multiple occasions, had to pull the car over and walk inside after going through the drive thru to get the soy sauce we asked for multiple times. Really, really poor customer service here, and I would not recommend going. Additionally, we've tried to go to this location upon opening and they've told us they weren't opening for another 30 minutes for whatever reason - treating us like a huge burden.
I swear the last 6 times I've gone to Panda Express, I get this message: "I'm sorry, all we have right now is Kung Poa chicken and fried rice. Everything else will be a 20 minute wait." Then somehow the one time I decide to wait for my food, the entree is soggy and the rice is undercooked. How are they still in business?
Food was good but they gave me the wrong order. Suggest ordering in person or checking your order before leaving when picking up.
Mixed feelings. Once we were there and their service was fast, their food was great and the lady that appeared to be the manager was amazing. The next time, I put in an order on the app to be picked up and hour later. I got there and my food had been sitting on the shelf for an hour, they didn't read the ticket. The lady manager wasn't there. Not sure if any manager was there. And now, an hour before close and they don't want to serve my husband. They were low on some things and unwilling to make more. Not cool.
This has to be by far the worst panda express I have ever been to. The food was cold and bland. Thankfully we got our food before a group of kids went behind the counter after what seemed to be a gym visit and shook their heads around behind the counter loading up plates for themselves all the whole joking and cussing. The sweet fire chicken that I got was burnt on the bottom of 80% of my pieces. They were also crunchy and hard. The gentleman behind the counter proceeded to tell us that the "Chef's special" is just orders that they screw up on. I just pray that no one gets sick and I will never come back here again.
