I couldn't imagine any better customer service when getting a roll off dumpster! Very nice, courteous staff, always answered the phone (locally, not at a call center). It cost less than expected. The driver was super friendly and got the dumpster right where I wanted it, right on time. Finally a company that I felt actually wanted my business rather than feeling like a burden to them. I am a fast pace demo contractor from Chicago area. I hire dumpster companies throughout the USA. This roll off company is at the top of my preferred list of dumpster companies. They have provided us with over 10 dumpsters per day even on Saturdays. The owner will answer your calls after hours. If you want service and professionalism these are the guys to call. Thanks to Rick and his staff at Dakota we couldn't of completed the project ahead of schedule without you !
