Dakota Watch Company

I was having a watch battery installed and after the attendant was finished he starts telling me about a police officer involved shooting, how the officer has no charges against him and is getting away with murder, and how unhappy he is and wants people to know etc etc. What he didn’t realize was while speaking his anti-police rhetoric, he had just served an active police officer. I spoke with him for a few minutes regarding the shooting along with the kiosk that he does not own is not his platform as well as my POLICE money will not return there ever again.

Friendly service. I got my watch battery replace in less than 15 minutes and it comes with a 2-year warranty.

Was told that it would be $50 to replace 2 watch batteries. They charged me less than half of that less than a year ago.

One of the employees here was very elusive. Once I made eye contact with the manager there, he was very helpful. He was very nice as well and took his time helping me decide on what watch I want.

Checked my watch for moisture under the crystal at no charge. It was a Dakota that my father gave me.

Too expensive

I purchased a Dakota watch around 9-10 years ago from their location at Green Tree Mall. In that time I replaced the batteries in it one time.... Yes batteries it took 3, LOL.... Needless to say the second hand popped off and was floating behind the crystal. I took it to Anthony at the Oxmoor Dakota watch Center. He was honest, said if I trully wanted it fixed I was looking at $100-$150. If it did not have sentimental value he had some watches left at 75% off. He would if possible move the new watch to the unique old watch band. I picked up a very nice Dakota watch for under $28... He put a new battery in it and moved it to the old strap seeing as I have large wrists and most straps will not fit. I am very happy with the new watch on my old watch band....
