Stopped in to look at their tool selection which was nice. However, the prices are ridiculous! Used tools are priced higher than they were brand new!! The whole point of shopping at a pawn shop is to get used items at a significant discount... It looks like this place is just here to sell guns, which are also overpriced

They won't let you look at laptops before buying them. Anyone who knows anything about buying used tech knows you don't buy a laptop without looking at it just on someone's word. Sadly I have bought several things from this location over the years, but this turned me into a previous customer instead of current. All I wanted to do was see what ram it had in it in the settings, but he told me no and it was on the sticker... Saying it has a 7 day warranty. Why would I buy it not knowing if that's what it really is???

The ONLY pawn shop worth going to, if honesty and fairness factor into the equation… The owner and assistants are knowledgeable and helpful, and, for lack of a better term, cool. The business secures one’s belongings in an impressive way, and loans seem to be very fair, literally double what was offered elsewhere. They seem monk-like compared to the troglodytes encountered elsewhere. Also, a funny Nick Cave photo guards over the counter…somehow ensuring I’m in the right place. Highest recommendations, great job, excelsior, up the irons, fade away.

Stopped in just to check out and was really impressed by them. They took the time to talk with me about coins and I found them very very knowledgeable. Ended up buying oz silver round at a very fair price

My wife and I came in to look at jewelery, more specifically a wedding ring, this pawn shop had great ratings on Google and I haven't had much experience with pawn shops before so we decided this would be a great place to start and we were not disappointed. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable, he answered every single one of our questions and went beyond excellent customer service. We bought our perfect ring and will definitely be coming back to see him. Mike, if you're reading this thank you so much for your honestly, integrity, and wisdom. The dog is still my favorite sales person, but the humans were great too. Thank you for helping me find a laptop for my little girl.
